The History of Art Graduate Student Association is pleased to present our 2016 biennial conference “Encountering the Interface” that will take place March 25th-26th at OSU. We are thrilled to welcome Kate Mondloch, Associate Professor from the University of Oregon, who will be joining us as our keynote speaker. Her expertise in new technologies and theories of spectatorship will inform her address, which will focus on the work of Nam Jun Paik (1932-2006). In addition to Professor Mondloch’s speech, we are pleased to welcome graduate students from around the world who are engaging in theoretical and conceptual approaches to the interface, who will share their insights on this topic in four conference panels taking place on Saturday, March 26th. All conference events are free and open to the public and we hope you'll join us.
