Associate Professor of History of Art Sampada Aranke is published in the current issue of Artforum, the premier journal in the United States for Contemporary Art. The article, “Let’s Ride: Art History After Black Studies,” is a conversation between Aranke, Huey Copeland, and Faye Gleissner; it is also the journal’s cover story this month. The conversation takes recent books by Aranke and Gleissner as a starting point to explore the impact of Black radical histories and hermeneutics on the future of art history.
