Graduate Students and Alumni Reunited at Cleveland Museum of Art Symposium

In November 2023, several of our History of Art graduate students and alumni reunited with Julia Andrews, Distinguished University Professor Emeritus, at the “Jiangnan—Objects in Focus” symposium held in the Cleveland Museum of Art. This event was organized in conjunction with the current exhibition China’s Southern Paradise: Treasures form the Lower Yangzi Delta. Yiwen Liu (PhD 2021) presented a paper entitled “Imperial Landscape: An Ink Set of the Ten Scenes of West Lake in the Collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art” at the symposium.
