Graduate Symposium: "On Radical Practice: Representing Politics, Resistance, and Transmission"
This year's History of Art Graduate Symposium, "On Radical Practice: Representing Politics, Resistance, and Transmission," organized by the History of Art Graduate Student Association, will take place on April 16 from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST. Keynote lecturers for the symposium include Lily Woodruff, Associate Professor of Art History & Visual Culture at Michigan State University, who will present "Earth Archive: Scaling Time in Amar Kanwar's The Sovereign Forest" and Astria Suparak, artist, writer, and curator, who will present "Asia futures, without Asians."
