Alice Phan chosen for an Ishibashi Foundation Summer Fellowship

PhD student Alice Phan was one of 20 students worldwide chosen for an Ishibashi Foundation Summer Fellowship. She will be conducting and presenting research, as well as attending workshops at the Sainsbury Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures in London. All expenses will be paid by the Ishibashi Foundation, which has also organized a series of visits to museums, libraries, and collections of Japanese art, including the British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Cambridge University.
