Angela Andersen (PhD, 2015), was awarded the 2016 Margaret B. Sevcenko Prize in Islamic Art and Culture; she has also accepted a postdoctoral fellowship for the 2016/17 academic year in the Aga Khan Program for Islamic Architecture at MIT.
