Dr. Hannah Slater (PhD 2024) began a position as Visiting Assistant Professor at University of Cincinnati. She is teaching for the Asian Studies department and School of Art. Her specialty is modern and contemporary Japanese Art and current research interests include postwar photography, landscape theory, and how contemporary artists have responded to the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Fukushima nuclear disaster.  Congratulations, Dr. Slater!
