History of Art 4630 Visits Artist Bob T. Luck’s Exhibition at the Pizzuti Collection of the Columbus Museum of Art
The artist Bob T. Luck led Dr. Ellen Feiss’ HA4630: American Art undergraduate class through his exhibition Was it your trigger finger? at the Pizzuti Collection. Students practiced visual analysis skills and viewed works of installation and video in situ. Luck engaged students in conversation regarding his larger practice and the political and biographical contexts that informed the art in the exhibition. Focusing on decolonizing modern imagery and media, Luck’s work re-imagines globalization and the self by breaking down diplomatic and emotional borders through film, collage, and sculpture.
