PhD Candidate Asia Adomanis Visits the de Young Museum in San Francisco
This spring, PhD Candidate Asia Adomanis visited the de Young Museum in San Francisco to view Tseng Yuho’s Western Frontier (1964). The multi-panel mural is the focus of Asia’s third dissertation chapter and is a landmark work in the history of Asian American art. Asia’s research travel was generously supported by the Murnane Travel Scholarship.
