PhD Candidate Dareen Hussein Conducts Dissertation Research in France

PhD candidate Dareen Hussein spent time in France this summer conducting research for her dissertation. Dareen conducted archival research and interviews across Paris, Marseille, and Damgan. In her free time, she attended film festivals, symposia, and art exhibitions at several key institutions. Her trip was generously supported by OSU’s Mershon Center Graduate Research Grant and the G. Michael Riley International Academic Fund.
