In May of 2024 PhD Candidate Maggie Wilson visited several of her dissertation case study objects in Belgium and Germany thanks to the support of the ICMA Student Travel Grant. She had an enriching conversation with Hannah Iterbeke at the newly reopened Museum Hof van Busleyden in Mechelen. She also met with research staff at the Hildesheim Dom Museum and got to see a set of skull relics—one of her chapter case studies—up close and personal.
