In March 2022, Prof. Karl Whittington took part in the ongoing Creative Pathfinders series at OSU’s Barnett Center for Integrated Arts and Enterprise, interviewing PhD Alum and Curator Catherine Walworth.
Watch the interview to hear Dr. Walworth’s experiences moving through different stages of her career, navigating challenges, and explaining what the day to day work of a curator is like. Dr. Walworth received her PhD in History of Art from Ohio State in 2013 and is currently the Curator of Drawings at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. She is the author of Soviet Salvage: Imperial Debris, Revolutionary Reuse, and Russian Constructivism (Penn State University Press, 2018).
