PhD Student Cole J. Graham Attends MPCA Annual Conference in Chicago
PhD Student Cole J. Graham traveled to Chicago this past week, October 6th-8th, where he attended the Midwest Popular Culture Association's annual conference. While there, he presented a section of his master's thesis Inefficient, Unsustainable, and Fragmentary: The Rauschenberg Combines as Disabled Body. Though he had previously presented other parts of his thesis, which he finished last year, this particular selection will be published spring 2024 in the art and architecture journal react/review out of UC Santa Barbara.
Cole presented his work as part of a disability studies panel chaired by Sam Kizer, PhD candidate at Indiana University. He is grateful to the Ohio State University for its support in the form of its graduate research small grants and symposium conference award.
