Professor Kunimoto to direct the Center for Ethnic Studies
The Humanities Institute has named Namiko Kunimoto the new director of the Center for Ethnic Studies (CES), which came into being last fall as part of the newly reconfigured Institute and includes Asian American Studies, Latina/o Studies and American Indian Studies. Kunimoto has been director of Asian American Studies since 2017 and continues in that role.
