The Department Congratulates Lauren Caskey
The department congratulates Lauren Caskey on the successful defense of her dissertation, “Communities of Color: The Life and Painting of Alma W. Thomas (1891-1978).” Her doctoral work was advised by Professor of History of Art and Vice Provost for the Arts Lisa Florman and Associate Professor of History of Art, Roy Lichtenstein Foundation Chair of Art History Jody Patterson.
