Grad Seminar students contribute writing to exhibition catalog

Front International exhibition book

Students in Professor Kris Paulsen’s Spring 2018 graduate seminar, The Exhibition Catalog (HA 7020: Curatorial Elective), wrote the artist entries for the catalog of first edition of FRONT International: The Cleveland Triennial for Contemporary Art.

Working with Artistic Director, Michelle Grabner, and the FRONT editorial team, the students produced more than 100 essays on international artists for the landmark exhibition.

FRONT International spans more than two dozen venues in northern Ohio, including The Cleveland Museum of Art, MOCA Cleveland, The Allen Memorial Art Museum, The Akron Museum of Art, SPACES, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The exhibition runs through September 30. More information on the exhibition and publication can be found at www.frontart.org
