PhD Student Christy Sher has been accepted as a Research Fellow for the 2025/26 academic year at the Consortium for the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine. This prestigious and interdisciplinary fellowship provides money for research travel, as well as a regular forum for meetings of the fellows to share their research and ideas. Christy will use the funds for research on her proposed dissertation, “Sexuality and Medicine in 18^th and 19^th Century Japanese Print Culture.”
