Upon completion of an Honors thesis, majors in History of Art graduate “with distinction.” The History of Art department offers honor's sessions of several courses, the format of which is designed to be especially intellectually challenging. Honors students work closely with their faculty advisors and enjoy the benefits of smaller class size and priority scheduling. In addition, they receive The Honors Newsletter, and they are eligible for honors center living.
